Bradstone Heads for Chelsea
January 2006
Bradstone, the UK’s leading manufacturer of domestic garden hard
landscaping products, has beat off tough competition to secure a
place at the 2006 Royal Chelsea Flower Show.
The company has teamed up with first time Chelsea designer Sarah
Eberle. Sarah has created a truly contemporary design which
highlights hard landscaping as an intrinsic part of the outside
space.
The garden includes products from the Bradstone range as well as
those designed specially for the show.
Sarah says, “I’ve designed and built gardens at shows like
Hampton Court and Tatton Park, and have been involved in the build
of a Chelsea garden in the past. Having my own garden, backed by
such a big name in the gardening industry, is a first.
“The garden has evolved over the last six months and is a space
that will stimulate the senses and question people’s
expectations.”
Bradstone Marketing Manager, Paul Wagstaff, says, “Only the very
best gardens are accepted at Chelsea and chosen by the RHS. We’re
very excited about and delighted with Sarah’s design. The garden is
very different to anything we’ve done in the past and will surprise
regular Chelsea visitors.
“For the first time we’ll be on Main Avenue, which is the place
to be at the show, and are looking forward to competing against
some other well known names in garden design.”
